In my thirty square-foot kitchen, I experiment with creating healthful and delicious meals, treats, snacks, and sweets. Knowing where my food comes from makes it even more exciting for me to play with and eat. I also enjoy reading about food in most venues - cookbooks, newspapers, magazines, blogs - and will often choose to read a cookbook just for fun, as one would any other source of literature. This blog is an expression of my dedication to always create in the kitchen, a celebration and tribute to those of you who who know what I'm talking about already, and hopefully a hook for those of you who don't!
